"Exclude from List" feature
If you are upgrading to Cartoon Emailer from another email provider, it is easy to groom your list to make it Cartoon Emailer compliant. Cartoon Emailer allows you to send emails only to people who have opted in to your list. This also means you may not send a Cartoon Emailer to somebody if they have, in any manner (email, phone call, letter, etc.) requested to be unsubscribed from your list.
To make it easy to ensure that you don't inadvertently send to somebody who has previously unsubscribed, Cartoon Emailer enables you to exclude a list of recipients from a mailing list by importing a simple text file of email addresses. Once imported, this "exclusion list" will remove each email address from the mailing list you are working with!
